All you do is click on the button near the top where you see like Bold and stuff go to the button that is of a picture and a floppy disk then you go to your computer pictures from there than you find the file click okay or upload and then when it brings 3 different little urls click copy for the thunmbnail one, and hit paste where you want your pic. Then your done
